Aloha !

They can't play Wembley because the cancelled dates haven't been sorted out. AEG, the promoters of Bon Jovi, blame Multiplex, the builders of Wembley, for the cancelled dates, and they haven't gotten their money back, which is why they refuse to arrange a show in Wembley. I'm sure Bon Jovi wanted to play there, but AEG first wants their money back from the previous cancelled dates.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Twickenham isnt that bad mind.

I have been to Twickenham once and Wembley twice.

Twickenham *by far* had the best queuing system set up for the U2 concert - as people started queuing up from very early morning (before 7am) they had everythign sorted out as well as free water and toilets.

At the point of entry they ensured people went in *in the order* they lined up in.

The stadium itself is pretty big feeling! The downside is that its in richmod and is harder to get to because there are not as many tube links

Wembley on the other hand - they have more toilets BUT they didnt give free water (and tis like 2quid a bottle). It is easiert to get to..but the main annoyance...

When I went to the Metallica concer tthe queue was a shambles. Utterly ridiculous. First they make you sit just outside the main front where the queue sort of runs parralell with a walkway which makes it easy for peopelto jump in - they also used cheap plastic stuff to crate the queues (you knows plastic strips police use at crime scenes) - whereas twickenham used single file metal gates) - wembley had a queues that was like 7 people deep.

secondly when they let us in they totally messed the queue up and essentially all sorts of peopel were jumping into the queue because we had to walk past the frotn of the stadium to get in and this emant all the other peopel walking aroudn the stadium to go to toilets or whatever could just join straight intothe queue

so its not all bad
