I'm not really excited about what the State College set list will be Saturday night and I have tickets to both nights in E. Rutherford. I'm hoping they get their act together by then. I doubt I'd stop seeing them altogether but I'd probably not do multiple nights at the same place. I'd just look for night 2 tickets at the venues they play multiple shows.

I think people are overreacting no?
It's not like the band was dead - two years ago they were playing great sets (at least in Europe, but the start of the US tour was also filled with surprises from the first two albums).
Let's see how things are moving with the next shows before writing them off

Well I've got tickets for Manchester, Birmingham and London, usually Manc and London are decent shows. However I think it'll be the last time I do Multi shows, purely because with every tour I'm not liking more and more of the set. Even tho I've bitched about the Canada shows I'm going to hold out for the summer and hope I'm pleasantly surprised. It is concerning when even the more positive fans don't seem happy with what they're seeing

I looked at the set from Milton Keynes 2001 show, this was the first tour I did more than one gig.

One Wild Night
Raise Your Hands
You Give Love a Bad Name
In These Arms
It's My Life
Born to Be My Baby
Bed of Roses
I Got the Girl
Captain Crash & the Beauty Queen From Mars
Just Older
Wild in the Streets
Blaze of Glory
(Jon Bon Jovi song)
Lay Your Hands on Me
Keep the Faith
Bad Medicine
Shout
(The Isley Brothers cover)
Encore:
I'll Be There for You
Say It Isn't So
I'll Sleep When I'm Dead
Tequila
(The Champs cover)
Twist and Shout
(The Top Notes cover)
Encore 2:
Someday I'll Be Saturday Night
Wanted Dead or Alive
Encore 3:
Livin' on a Prayer

The next night I went to Cardiff and they played TD, Always and Never say goodbye. Looking back, I realised that there were hardly any fillers in these sets, for me anyway. This coupled with the fact that GA tickets were priced reasonably with no ridiculous banding...

The main draw for me, as others have said, is the company I go with and the friends I've met through this band, so even if they played LH and TC back to back I'd still have a laugh! At least this tour I've kept well within my budget anyway.

Hey guys new here.

The above show was the first Bon Jovi Gig I'd been too, still up there with Old Trafford 03 and Hyde Park 11.

I'll be going to Hyde Park again in the summer and I can't see that being the last time I see the band. I'm in agreement the setlists so far haven't been one's to set the world alight, but I'm fairly confident by the time the band arrive in Europe things will change.

I'm almost inclined to think that these shows at the moment are more like warm up shows rather than a proper show given the record isn't out for another couple of weeks. I think once WAB is out, the set-lists will dramatically improve. You think about it, the classics they can play with their eyes shut and these will gradually be dropped in around the new songs and the 2000's songs.

Just my opinion

I loved the set list at mk bowl in 1993.

Funny how when they only had 5 albums the set lists and gigs were much better proving its all about quality and not quantity.. I go out of loyalty now cos for me they have lost something since I saw them at Wembley at 96 on these days tour.

Does anyone know that set list from mk bowl 93 night 2??

I've seen every Bon Jovi show in Minnesota since the Crush tour, except for one. On the HAND tour I had just seen them in good seats on the first leg and I believe I already had tickets to see them at Giants Stadium over the summer. When they added another St. Paul date I decided to skip it. Here's what the setlist was:
Last Man Standing / You Give Love A Bad Name / Complicated / Born To Be My Baby / Story of My Life / I'll Sleep When I'm Dead / Runaway / The Radio Saved My Life Tonight / Novocaine / I Won't Back Down (Tom Petty Cover) / Have A Nice Day / Who Says You Can't Go Home / It's My Life / I'll Be There For You (acoustic) / Blaze of Glory (acoustic) / Bed of Roses (acoustic) / Bad Medicine / Raise Your Hands / Livin' On A Prayer
Encores: Bounce / Bells of Freedom / Wild In the Streets / Never Say Goodbye / Blood On Blood / Wanted Dead Or Alive

I'm still mad that I missed that encore and NSG. Since then if they're in my area and I don't have the money I just buy cheap seats. It's always better than staying home.

Nah, I'll still go and see them after Villa Park. Seeing Bon Jovi is like watching Aston Villa for me. They may be shit but I just cant help going to watch them.
