Not saying it's right, but I think there's so much LH because Jon sees LH as a "seminal" Bon Jovi album and period in the band's history. First US #1 in almost 20 years, massively successful #1 Tour. There's 2 Live DVDs and a Documentary from that era, which makes it one of the (if not the ) most commercially documented in the band's history. Again, I don't agree or think it's right, but I think that's why at the very least a couple of LH songs will always be around.

Maybe....but it may also be the fact that the songs are easy to sing.

Of course not. The setlists will improve anyway, I have no doubt.

Each time I try to see them now though, aside from a Scottish gig which I'll always go to, I'll try and make an experience out of it. Slane this year, who knows where next time?

Even with the worst setlist - and this so far is one of the worst - I still enjoy the music and I'll love hearing the new songs and the old.

Bon Jovi's like a friend - if they have a rough patch I'm not going to let them down any more than there music has ever let me down when I needed it.

I get what you're saying, and it would be the same for me, but Jon's lack of energy so far in this tour has really put me off. To me it's him saying "I really don't want to be here anymore."

This will only be my last tour if it's their last tour. I actually like their new music (with some exceptions) so I still enjoy the show. I'm geographically challenged anyway so I can only see 1 or 2 shows a tour. I probably won't ever fly somewhere to see them again, but that's because airfare out of my dinky little airport to anywhere is at least $600 minimum and with more bills to pay, that's just not feasible anymore when you add in the cost of the concert tickets and a hotel too.

So is everything from Crush onwards (with a couple of songs as exceptions)

This only depends on how much they rock my world when I see them this summer. If I leave totally disappointed that may be it - but I said that prior to the European LH tour when there was a comparable rant about the band during the Newark shows. And I'm still here

Well, that contradicts what he just said in an article that Karen (joviforever) posted. I still contend that if Jon didn't want to do it, he wouldn't, same goes for any of the guys.

Exactly. Everyone needs to take a deep breath & relax. JBJ & the band will be fine. They are like a sports team....it's only the beginning of a long (tour) season and some nights they will win & some lose....they'll go on "winning streaks" and losing ones....but at the end they'll have a winning record and we'll all be bored in the "off season" waiting for it to start all over.
