Golden tickets are for entering the pit area at the front of the stage, but they don't provide access to stage. If and when there are people on stage during concerts, they usually are contest winners for local radio stations etc. or friends of the band. Fc members don't have access on stage (I've never heard of it), and you can't get up there with the gold ticket. That's for getting in the pit only.
