Will you go to this tour if prices stay the same?

There was a mention that tour tickets will not be as expensive as the Newark shows. That was venue priced or something like that.

That's why I don't post over there. God forbid anyone has anything other than priase for the band.

Well let's see - if you don't mind censorship it's a good source of information. Oh wait - the official boards are usually the last ones to post any information. Then there are the tickets (which is the only reason I joined). This past experience a few days ago blew me away. There was no announcement until about 6:00 pm that the fan club tickets would go onsale at 10:00 pm the same night.

If a very nice person "in the know" who shall remain nameless for protection, hadn't given me a heads up I would never have been able to get fan club tickets either . What kind of international fan club puts tickets onsale at 10:00 pm US time. That was 3:00 am in the UK and later in other parts of Europe.

Can you tell that I'm not impressed.

Organization and timing seem a bit off over there at the moment, (I'm an optimist so I'm hoping it will improve with time) but we did get notice that the prices for the PRU are venue and show specific and NOT what tour prices will be so.......

I think the timing of 10 p.m. was simply to try give folks the shot at fanclub tickets knowing their was a AMX pre-sale the next day at 10 a.m.

To be honest, I didn't mind the 10 p.m. timing. Good grief, the tickets went so fast, imagine, if the sale had been done at a sensible hour, lol!

And yes, there were MANY, MANY, Jon lynching threads on backstage over the price of the Pru tickets. Way worse than over here.

$1,500 for 2 front row center seats, yes extreme in my book. That said, the Ticketmaster auctions during the HAND tour went for far more than that for front row.

For the most part, angry posts were specific to the Pru ticket prices (which have nothing to do with the fanclub) than to the cost of the packages. Not much one can say when they all sell out.
