How odes this work? Do we pick the tickets up at the venue (I'm going to the Giamts 29/7 show!!)? Are they open early?

Yes, you'll pick up the tickets at the venue. Check with the stadium to see what time they open the Will Call window.

You also need to make sure you have proper ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
