I'd love for them to do a smaller tour in a different vein to the stadium tours. Do smaller venues touring acoustically, or particular albums or rarities or something. They could definitely pull that off in a few markets in the US, UK and Germany for starters.

I think they are a good way off being forced to play arenas out of necessity- the stadium shows sold ok for the most part, Hampden and a few others withstanding, despite a lot of factors playing against them. As the lowering of prices showed- there's still a demand to see the band, just not at the prices they are charging.

I will always say that the O2 run was a missed chance- not only with the main shows missing album runs and the like, but the opportunity to play "not the hits" at the Indigo2 and the like. I just don't see there being any Bon Jovi shows with a twist, and will only see shows at smaller venues if the larger ones can't sell. The next tour will be the acid test to see how many come back after all the problems of this tour.

If there was an arena tour the prices would be extortionate, just like at the O2 shows, which were devoid of atmosphere or wow moments. So I'm not too worried about them.

Pretty much sums up my thoughts on the matter.

OOps!
I goofed I meant to type the stadiums. (it's fixed.) I suppose they are getting older. (Not old...JUST OLDER) So the touring is probably difficult. I think I like What Richie is doing actually. LOL!

I would love to see them do another o2 residency in London with the promise of playing rarer songs from the back catalogue, or performing a different record each night.

That's the only time I've seen the band indoors.
