wristbands on next tour ???

Hi!

I'm sorry but maybe I'm too silly for this:

They said the new fanclub is like the old one but just online.
On the next world tour they are comming to Europe again (I hope so).
And somebody told me that with the new fanclub we get wristbands for the concerts too. Can anybody tell me how this should work??? They said we get the membership card online. Now, do I have to purchase my concert tickets from the fanclub or can I buy it anywhere else? And how do I get the wristband?

I know you also can't tell me more, but would anyone please HELP me?!
