I've just ordered a GC ticket for Innsbruck show from that site (yes, they're still avaible) and I've received the email confirmation with the Order ID. Now, is there way to check the status of my order? I don't speak a word of German, so any help would be appreciated.

You can't check the status of your order, but the email also contains the payment details (bank account numbers, etc.), so just pay your tickets (via bank transfer or credit card, whatever you specified when ordering them).

After that, you'll have your tickets sent to your home address within 2 weeks at a maximum, usually.
