I would say "Raise your hands" or "Let it Rock" for opener.

I really loved Last Man Standing as an opener. The whole idea behind it was pretty sweet. I'm also a fan of the Bounce opener and I Believe.

I liked Bounce as an opener.
LMS was really good as well.
Rockin' was alright.

I'm still waiting to see Lay Your Hands on Me live...
