they rocked the Barrowlands in February! I've been a fan since the mid - 80s' and that was my first Def Lep live experience, they were blinding! I didn't expect them to be so good. Cool guys too, especially Phil (my fave)

OMG!.... The Darkness!!!! they were hilariously bad - I think (& hope!) that was the intention, but I'm not 100% sure!!! The other guy, I forget his name, was quite good though

i don't think that was the intention

and the singer/guitarist blatantly thought he was the greatest rock n roller the world has ever seen

I just have Vault, which many DL fans say is a crap compilation. I think that CD rocks, but I haven't heard any other DL songs. Maybe I should download some because they seem to be a good band from what I've heard so far.

Vault is a great compilation. Just like Crossroad it covers the major hits. Of course just like some BJ fans would complain why Homebound Train isn't in Crossroad, some DL fans would complain why Another Hit And Run isn't in Vault.

Big Def Leppard fan here, love all their albums and positively adore Slang, some great tunes on that one, a different direction maybe, but brilliant music.
I saw them at the Newcastle gig back in Feb, front row tix and was quite literally blown away. They were incredible, and so into the gig it was a joy to watch them being so happy.
I thought Ricky Warwick was great too, but the darkness would be better off remaining hidden Imho.
I'm crossing my fingers that the rumours of them finishing off the tour back in Britain are true, as i'd love to see them again.
