I found a copy of Greatest Hits I on vinyl at my grandparents house a couple of weeks ago and was listening to it. The guitar solos really sound amazing on it, something obviously lost a little with the transfer to CD.

Bohemian Rhapsody gets my vote. Love the scene in Wayne's World where they sing this. BTW, did anyone catch that Fox show "Performing As" when the guy was Freddie Mercury? I thought he did a pretty good job.

for rocking out then bohemian rhapsody yeah and nothing quite beats dont stop me now when it comes on in a club full of a couple of hundred drunk people but to actually sit down a listen to the songs then under pressure with bowie gets my vote.

they play it in my work and it still sends shivers up my necks when i hear it just for the harmonies and arrangement.

I voted Other, basically because my all time favourite is Somebody to love. I think that song has some of the best harmonies in it. Bo Rap is good and brilliant for its time, but not my favourite. Of unknown Queen songs I would go for My Melancholy Blues and All Dead (both on News of the World).
