Eric Clapton ??? any fans here ?
i never seen him live, just on video (and with S. Crow), For me he's a great artist, i think most of us appreciate him ...
i don't listen to him very often (others priorities ), and i can't say i love all his songs (like fathers eyes),
But i really love when he sings "sunshine of your love" (because of the guitar too) love the version of Jimmy Hendrix too ...

I'm a big fan Jess. I saw him live in Manchester (on Valentine's day funnily enough) in 2001 - can't believe it was 2 years ago now.

I love his music - especially the Journey Man album. He said it would be the last tour he'd ever do, but from what I've heard he has a new album to come out soon and is planning to do a tour - how big it will be i don't know, but he's definitely worth seeing.

i'm sorry but i don't know this album (the Journey Man) or maybe i know some songs on it ??
what are the songs on this album, and is it a recent one ?

it's romantic to see Eric Clapton on the Valentine's day

Journey Man: songs such as Pretending, Bad Love, Running on Faith (he played a lot of it live on the "24 Nights" video/cd" from 1990.

Great rock album - he concentrated more on blues/modernising his image after that, but apparently his next album is going to be very rock/blues again!

i've never understnad the name "slowhand" since, considering he doesn't do the tapping etc, he is quite fast - or at least can be in songs such as Bad Love or Crossroads
