I know it's a few years old now, but Santana featuring Steven Tyler - Just Feel Better was definately a cut above anything else in 2005.

It's a decent song, although I think 2005 was a very good year for music (not quite as good as 2006, but that's a different story)

I expect most people have heard this, but Buckcherry - Crazy Bitch still gets me going even after hearing it like a hundred times. It might be dumb but it's a hell of a lot of fun:

Yea, what a song! Infact, the album, 15, that it's from is pretty decent alround.

That's the only Edguy album I own apart from Hall Of Flames (greatest hits)

Rocket Ride is very enjoyable, I suppose cause it's very 80's hard rock influenced, but bigger and heavier, as aposed to their traditional power metal sound. I wasn't all that impressed with the best of album though. 2 or 3 songs really stood out for me, that was it. I've also watched/listened to some more tracks on Youtube, but still not that overwhelmed. Can't really make my mind up about them.

Edguy look like a fun, enjoyable band and the musicianship is incredible. I "want" to like them, but in general I find their music to be WAY to layered and overproduced.

Lavatory Love Machine is a song (and video) to check out though!

Well, all I know is that getting to see them and Aerosmith back-to-back live was a more than enjoyable experience!!
