Thought Creed was a great band!!(And i listen to both Pearl Jam n Creed,Usally agree with Walrus but i dont see the comparisons between the 2) Probaly the best band on the planet from 99-2002.

Well yea, given how bleak the late 90's were on the rock/metal front, Creed were probably one of the best. Had they started out during this decade, they probably wouldn't have been so successful.

I like a lot of the songs they made, but it got old fast, it all started to sound like the same song after a while.

I'm with the few on this thread that said Alter Bridge is the better band, but I will admit to having fond memories attached to some of creed's songs

I guess given how the great divide failed to sell what Stapp had hoped for, they guy needs th creed name to keep selling at least ha;f of what he did with creed.

Alter Bridge have a bright future ahead of them.
