Saw them supporting the Jove @ Milton Keynes in 89, put on a hell of a live show. " Eden" is a fantastic album and are Rocking harder than jovi ever did, they write music they want to play, not what the fans want or to gain commercial success.

Essential albums

" Last look at Eden" ( my album off the last 2-3 years )
" Prisoners in paradise"

My words!!! You've pointed out my most favourite albums!

I've seen them twice in my country last year and they were amazing. The second one was a festival show, it was raining the whole day and they played last, started about 23:00 but still there were about 22 000 people. The tickets were 50CZK for the whole day. That is 2€

I must say it's really cool to watch you guys talk about Europe like this. It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes I actually am proud of being Swedish...

It's not strange though, they are great!

I agree. Europe are great! Last Look At Eden is fantastic album and I hope next album will be great too Prisoners In Paradise is another fantastic album, The Final Countdown has a the biggest hit potencial (it´s Europe´s Slippery When Wet), first two albums are quite underrated...great band

They have about 10 albums in all. I have everything they have ever done plus rare b-sides and EPs. Wildhearts or Solo stuff - it dont matter - Ginger is probably the best song writer of the last 20 years. How he isnt bigger Ill never know.
Agreed. He is awesome. The Wildhearts concert I saw back in 2009 is one of the only two concerts I rated 10/10 (the other is Iron Maiden when Bruce rejoined back in 1999).

This is exactly what I said in my album review / interview with Joey Tempest - so glad people have the same view!!

If anyone is interested, here is a link to my review of them live in Bristol a few weeks ago: would really appeciate if you would check it out!

"Secret Society" is killer too, I actually rate it slightly ahead of "Last Look At Eden".
