Michael did

Whenever fans are outside the hotels socialising with other fans (about the times when he was in his peak LOL) Michael orders Pizza from an outside outlet and gets them delivered to the fans. There are quite a few fans that come from abroad (and that has also been the case today).

This has happened during his last 4 public visits in London (the last being the 2006 World Music Awards). The unfortunate thing is that the Pizzas are never from Pizza Hut Today's Pizzas came from Dominos.

£100 a ticket for a residency? what the ****?

Ticket's for Prince's residency were £32.50 for any seat in the house, and he delivered the most electrifying LIVE (no miming!) set i have ever witnessed.

Firstly, nothing's been confirmed with regards to the pricing. Everything is all speculation for now.

Secondly, it's up to AEG to decide what price to sell the tickets for (which I believe was also the case when Bon Jovi opened the Arena 2 years ago). All Jacko has done is agreed to the terms and received his wage from AEG (for at least the 10 shows which will be announced....I'm sure the other 20 will follow shortly in the announcements). In the end, AEG decide what to charge fans.

I'm sure Mike will make some kind of pre-sale arrangement for the fans.

O2 don't always give pre-sales codes for every artist.
I get them usually, and admittedly they give a lot out but i wouldn't have expected any for a big artist like Jacko (AC/DC didn't have an O2 specific pre-sale code, and neither did Prince)
