I just listened to it, and i think its a really bad song. You can hear the E-street band has nothing to do with this.

I don't think it's so much a bad song as it is different from Bruce's stuff with the E St Band. I think it's very political - Bruce was soundchecking this song with the E St Band during the Vote for Change shows last fall. I love the way it builds - it's the Hey Jude approach - take a sad song and make it better.

I really am disappointed by it. For me, it sounds like a few other songs that Bruce has already done. There really is nothing that special about it. I guess I was just expecting more, especially after The Rising, which I think is an awesome album.

I can't believe the awful reviews AOL listeners gave it though. I just didn't care for it, but a lot of people on there ripped it apart.

I wanna hear it ... but can't ... but ppl being nasty never please me .. i don't know why ... I think it's possible to be honest without ripping it apart .... if it's a political song i assume that half the listener will dislike it ane the other half will love it .... but Bruce doesn't need good reviews he is THE BOSS he will survive to bad reviews
