I'm in love with Inside Job, what a quality song. This has got to be one of the great PJ songs! It's like Release mixed with Indifference, I dunno.

Snow Patrol's Eyes Open is very good. A little too downbeat, though. It's not as 'rock n' roll' as anything previous. Hands Open is a great rock song, the rest are rather depressing, to say the least. I think I need to sit down with it and get a proper listen.

I didn't get Wolfmother, but I did see it for £7.99 bargain. I'll get that later this week.

Still haven't got the damn thing! > Went to Virgin to go and pick it up so I could use my Addict card, and they didn't have it in stock! Bastards. So I'm hoping to get it soon, maybe tomorrow

I don't have it yet either (am mad) - I pre-ordered, but haven't received it yet!! (apparently I made the mistake of ordering some merchandise as well which delayed delivery - crap). I'll stop on the way home and buy a copy cause I am tired of waiting (supposedly the artwork is different between the 10c copy and the regular copy, we shall see).

Do have the digital download, of course, but to me it's just not the same....

This is such a great album though, I know it will take me a looong time to get through it and digest it all - good to see that there are still bands out there that have been around forever and still have the guts to put out what they want and to speak up when everybody else has fallen silent!!

Alex: love that signature that song gives me goosebumps.

Agreed. And it's nice to know they still rock. It was totally what I expected and more!
