Yea, being a hit band is a curse and a blessing. I've been to just over 100 Bon Jovi shows, if I NEVER heard Bad Name, Prayer, etc, I'd be fine, but for this band I'm a micro percentage of what makes up the ticket buyers to their shows (speaking for the US only). Unfortunately, for diehards the normal ticket buyer is going for 1) the party atmosphere 2) to hear songs they know. The one thing that Jon hates and will guarantee autopilot from him is if the crowd is dead.
