Sad news indeed, I've been away in the Lakes since Sunday and only just heard this.

BTW, is anyone going to be buying David Gimour's new live album? I think it's released on the 22nd, Richard Wright was playing the keyboards on it.

Yes - I was going to buy it even before he died. That tour kicked ass.

I wasn't even a fan when the tour was on

I heard about the CD a while ago but I totally forgot about it until earlier.

Though I remember on TV seeing David Gimour at the Royal Albert Hall, man I remember how boring I thought it was, then just a few months later I was a fan and Pink Floyd became like my second favourite band, sometimes first favourite depending on my mood.

From what I've seen of that RAH gig it looks good, but I really don't like the On An Island album. It bores the hell outta me.

No that has been issued already - it is a live album from this past tour (from Poland):

David Gilmour - Live In Gdansk (2 CD/2 DVD) -... David Gilmour - Live In Gdansk (2 CD/2 DVD) -...

Hey, to anyone who owns The Division Bell - grab your copy of the CD, now look in between the gap between the mouth of the two peices of the metal head. See some sort of big building?

Well that building is Ely Cathedral, I live pretty damn close to there and I've been in there

Just thought I'd chuck that lil piece of trivia at you all in case some of you were wondering
