And you are right...the Scorps had their fans but still...it's strange they ahd their fans because i don't know ANY other band from the 70s , from the early 70s(Priest came later)who were as heavy as The Scorpions.

"Eye II Eye" was trash, but "Pure Instinct", "Acoustica" and "Moment of Glory" (forget the title song and listen to the instrumentals) are great albums.

"In Trance" is a great song, especially on "Live Bites". many other great songs as well! The next time I won't miss the tour!

I used to like them a lot in the 80´s. Lovedrive, Blackout, Love At First Sting & World Wide Live are excellent. Savage Amusement has a few good songs as well. When Crazy World/Wind Of Change came, I lost my interest on them. Face The Heat although has its moments. Bruce did good job on that one. Haven´t heard any of their songs released after FTH, except You And I, and it sucked badly. There might be some good songs on their latest albums but like I said, haven´t heard them.

I just got Worldwide Live on LP, I've heard the album a little before, but I want to hear it now!! Problem is, I need an LP player that it works on now!!!

I've always liked Scorpions. And when I saw them live last summer they really ROCKED!!!! Klaus Meine rocks!!!

And he blew me a kiss (that's right, I mention it every half a chance I get :P)

They're coming to Finland again next summer, it's gonna be so great again!!!!!

YAY...that's awesome... Laura, do you remember when Klaus asked me about my banner? I will always remember that day Did you get a rip of the news broadcast of that finish tv station btw? i would love to see that again

We never managed to get a rip of the broadcast, we saw it a couple of times but before anyone could rip it they took it down

But it sure was a fun weekend

Oh, what's funny is that Scorpions are playing in Finland next summer in this tiny town, only 500 people, in the middle of nowhere, with no big(ger) towns anywhere near... I think it's kinda cool!

And I still say they were superb live!!!
