I''ve never seem them live despite the fact the played here in Italy many big concerts during the last tours, but this summer I won't miss the Milan date (San Siro, which is a great venue for football but very bad for concerts...)
http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium...o_meazza.shtml if you want to take alook at the stadium.
The sound here is horrible.

The price are very expensive also here in Italy...44,00 euro for the cheapest and 82,00 for the best seats.

Same goes for Amsterdam ArenA, where the dutch U2 concert will take place. Unfortunately.

He *does* want me to go, but as I say I don't think it's right and I know I'd feel horrible and wouldn't enjoy the concert - even if it's for free

My man went to see Bon Jovi on my birthday and I really wanted him to. I would've felt bad if he didn't go to the concert, since I knew he was really looking forward to see it. Maybe that's your boyfriend's opinion too, Keeper.

The problem is, he lives in Barcelona - I live in Madrid - so it's not like spending the day - or part of it - together and then me heading for the concert - I'd be okay with that. Going to the concert implies not seeing him that day at all

If that would've been the case with us, I still would've wanted him to go. But I don't really care for my birthday.
