Default Favourite Bond

Who was your favourite James Bond actor?

I thought that Roger Moore fit the bill well, with a good balance of humour, charm and the rest of it :P

I have to say Pierce Brosnan.

I know that a lot of older people say Sean Connery, and I agree that he is a good actor, but not my idea of the english spy. In the first movie, Dr No, he doesn't even have the accent. Why not stay that way for the whole of his run?

Something I found out recently too is that Pierce Brosnan was offered the role years ago, but turned it down because he thought he was too young for it. That is when Timothy Dalton got it.

Actually, he wanted to do it, but he still had a contract with the TV programme Remington Steele, so couldn't take it. It was Dalton who turned the role down because he was too young, back in the 60s/70s

I'm not really a great fan of Bond but I always prefered Sean Connery (and not because I'm older!!!). But I think that Roger Moore added a great deal of humour to the role which was good.

I have an Official Bond guide, that's where I got that from, but I haven't looked at it since christmas, lol.

I don't know where it is actually, lol. I'll have a look, see if I can find any little trivia facts.
