It's strange I know. Who says isn't even in stores in the USa as a single yet.

However, maybe due to bad promotion, Welcome was a flop here in the Netherlands: it didn't even reach the main charts. I bought the single for my collection, but that's it. I didn't even see the video on Dutch MTV nor on TMF or the Box. I also haven't heard the single on the radio.
Before it was released I said it would be a flop, just like Misundertsood and Say It Isn't So. I don't know who decides on these 2nd singles, but the guy does a pretty poor job doing it. Bounce/Undivided would have been "hits" for Bounce if they would have been released as a 2nd single for Crush.. uhuh, hard call - imo IML, Thank You and OWN were best choices for a single and they used those. Neurotica would have probable been a "hit" too, but it was just a bonus song as Jon put it back then, eventhough it was requested at concerts and even on the few club gigs they did, maybe times. Anyways, I Could Make A Living Out Of Lovin' You would have been an option, but that's just my opinion. Too bad they didn't ever perform this song live, because it rocked: you can actually hear the guitar on that song .

Releasing two different songs to two different formats has never worked out well for them. Whoever is making these decisions is a moron it seems.
Lol, what I said .

And we forget the OWN LIVE album - that should and could have been so much better. Too bad the 1990 live album was never released.

and for example also check Ebay: the last few days it was offered there in large quantities.

They don't release singles in the stores in America.

That would be a pretty good choice. I Wanna be Loved would probably be one of my choices for a single. I would have released.

1. HAND
2. I Am
3. Who Says You Can't Go Home (All countries)
4. I Wanna Be Loved

Question:
Hi! First of all, thank u for letting us ask questions of the band that we love the most! I've found in Ebay a "I want to be loved" US Promo single. So, i was wondering (though i never saw anything about it) if that's official, or it's just one more embust! And if that so, is there a clue of what's gonna be the next single? Thank u very much!

Answer:
I WANT TO BE LOVED on EBAY, huh? A shame the people who are supposed to get these promotional items to do their jobs turn out to be scumbags who put them online to make a profit. Yes - that is a real CD pro. The song is being serviced right now in the US to rock radio. EBAY - a true litmus test that can point out just how many lowlifes are out there in the world.

Yea, but take into consideration that younger teenagers these days are listening to rap and other music such as Green Day and Fall Out Boy. I'd think there's a shot, but doubt it.

I am really disappointed cause, although I like the song, I can't stand another single with EXACTLY THE SAME lyrics in the chorus
