It's a really good song. Jons vocals are pretty good. It could be a lot rockier, but still good.

It is a horrible, over rated song. It brings down the circle, and is probably the 2nd worse song on the circle after live before you die. And bullet is equally as bad. Am I happy now? Only if that song never gets played live.

Jon's vocals are shit. More of that fake rasp just to make it sound rough while it's just more that pretending to be a rock singer shite.

I know what your saying about Jon's vocals Seb, but since when has being a rock singer been about hitting high notes? That's what they do on X Factor! Rock singing is about the way a vocal is delivered, not how high or how low. And I like the rasp in the voice, always have when he's done it. Guess it's a matter of taste.

But to me the rock on The Circle doesn't actually come from either Jon or Richie. It's actually Hugh and Tico. If Dave's keyboard was tuned down a little it would sound more rocky, but I'm glad to be hearing a lot more of him.

One of my favorites on the album. It's one of those songs that grabbed me right from when I first heard it. I guess it's one they'll skip regularly live but I'd like to see it done, I can picure it sounding rockier live......
