I think these are just opinions, and btw, it's true, Bounce (a very good album in my opinion) should be better with some substitutions or adds.

I think there would be no problems with a 15 tracks album, just because the average lenght of the tracks is of 4 minutes.
And always IMO with this sequence of singles the album should have did very better in the charts:
1st - STANDING
2nd - MISUNDERSTOOD
3rd - EVERYDAY
4th - BREATHE or WE CAN DANCE (differntly edited with a guitar solo)
5th - BOUNCE
