I don't think it is really possible to compare the two, because Tokyo Road was released later so it contains more of the Bon Jovi era than Crossroad. But if I'd really have to choose I'd go for Tokyo Road.

This one was suprisingly difficult....b/c Tokyo road has some more modern songs (its my life)...but it also has more flaws (Hey god, Just older), so in the end I went for tokyo road....just

But OWN was released in Japan - just a lot later than the rest of the world got it. Presumably an oversight on the Japanese website?

I still don't consider a Bon Jovi album. An official collection on CD, sure...but not an album.. just never have. Plus, I'm American, as are Bon Jovi.

So, what do you all think?
I already have Crossroad (actually both the US version and the international version) and I don't plan on purchasing Tokyo Road. But upon seeing the tracklisting for TR, damn. No Wanted, No Always, THAT IS AWESOME! If only they remove Sleep When I'm Dead and replace it with In These Arms, that would be a perfect Jovi compilation.
