I've got to say Good Guys Don't Always Wear White and Neurotica. But there's so many great demos.

Stadin' and Alive should have been on Bounce, and Save A Prayer should not have been taken off Keep The Faith remastered version.

Cadillac Man
Edge of a Broken Heart
Stay
You Can't Loose at Love
Postcards from the Wasteland

There are very few demos I don't like: Hush and No Regrets are the only two I can think of.
