That's a 9, the watermark cuts it off.

I'm not sure whether they would be rating the songs on their quality, maybe its a work in progress sheet showing how much they have completed the songs at the time the photo was taken.

Based on that sheet, it seems that they predicted BOR to be another #1 record.
When I first heard Fields of Fire, Jon's voice was really indicative that the track came from the KTF era.
