Fear is different from every Bon Jovi song... With the Sirens and people talking in the background.... It doesn't even really sound like a Bon Jovi song musically.... It sounds like a darker side of Bon Jovi... For instance the chorus... I think it is an awesome song and I'll go for anything different... If I Was Your Mother is a good song... Heavy riffs make it sound astounding but Fear is just better.
