I love this song so much and have done so since HAND came out. However recently it has brought on a whole new meaning to me. My fiancee recentley broke off our engagment and I feel exactly the same way as the lyric. "I tell myself I feel no pain, but I'm feeling the pain...I've changed my name to Novacaine"...
