I love Real Life, absolutely blared it everywhere when it came out, after 3 long years for a new band track. I think it still holds up ok today, and is a very underrated track, and a shame its not played live at any point even as promo (or was it?). Maybe because it was released on a different label we didnt see much of it.

I like Real Life, always have done.
Would have made a fantastic replacement for 'Save The World' on Crush IMO.

As the lyrics of Real Life are strictly related to movies and the song was released a whole year before Crush, I don't think there would have been any sense at all to include it on the album.
What are you saying? Real Life is completely shit compared to any Crush song.

Is it what you expected?

Does this song still hold up now?

Would it ever have worked live?

Never liked the song. It's one of those annoying songs that get stuck in your head. I don't think it would have ever made a Bon Jovi album.

I like it - I don't love it. I do love the artwork that advertised it though

I never said they were masterpieces. You fail.

The 3 singles from Crush did better than the crappy Real Life.

It's an OK song but it went unnoticed on my part. It's My Life WAS the comeback song as far as I and lots of others were concerned.

I realise that ofcourse, but what I meant really was from a collectors point of view it would have made sense. Particularly for those like me who missed out on the song the previous year, and especially with the comeback they had in 2000, it would save people years later turning to second hand record stores or ebay for the singles.
