They left Luke Ebbin at home, and this is just a luck!
If we see with which artist Pat Leonard has worked, we can just think to a great producer: Madonna, Rod Stewart, Elton John, Pink Floyd, Bryan Adams, Jewel, Randy Cratford and many more...

I would think that he is partially to blame that so many better songs were left off Crush and Bounce. Isn't he supposed to tell the guys what is good and what is not so good?

yeh but they're big boys now mummy. there is outside input, pressure etc but that will always be the case. if they wanted some other songs on the album, they'd be there. end of story.

I don't know. The guys are too close to their music. They certainly need a fresh ear to be objective about their results.

so who do we blame for how good the other albums were? the producer or the guys? at the end of the day, they write the songs, they choose what's on the albums, not luke ebbin, or anybody else for that matter.

The team is to be blamed or to be praised. I mean Bruce Fairburn certainly helped make SWW ans NJ what they were. Too bad that he died before Crush. If the team doesn't get good results someone needs to go. And that someone is def. not going to be on of Bon Jovis.
