The dualdisc has extended versions of a few of the songs, not just this one.

...and it's definitely "And London" :P

I always though it was ''and London!'' too.. then again I thought it was ''Venus!'' and not Pheonix.. oopps

He's effectively reading out a list though, so "and" makes sense in the context - "hey" does not.

Yes, that's one of the better bits. The end of Livin' on a Prayer is a bit odd though.
