Okay - a lot of people seem to have Homebound Train in their lowest song choices - yet that seemed to be the most popular choice from NJ that people wanted to hear live during the tour.

Confused? Much

I don't remember this being the case. I do remember that Seb included Homebound Train in one of his made up setlists during on of the PBPs that people believed so that caused some excitement. However if it was the top choice that people wanted to hear live off of NJ, I'm just as confused as you.

Well, like I said, the top 6 in my list are all worthy of full marks IMO, so because Homebound Train is down at 7th, doesn't mean it's low down ... not low, just lower

But also, the band play a lot of the other songs from New Jersey live quite a lot - Born To Be My Baby, Bad Med and I'll Be There For You are every night jobs, Blood On Blood is semi regular, and while LYHOM, Living In Sin and Wild Is The Wind are rarities nowadays, Homebound Train is rarer still

Did that actually make any sense?

Absolute travesty. Should be back as part of a 3-way thing with Sleep When I'm Dead and Bad Medicine.

Because it's a rarity. People always shout for rarities. Last time it was played must have been 2001 in Stockholm.

It's a great great great track, but I'm not sure if it would go over well. When I read that setlist back then I got so excited, and I played the song to a friend, who's a casual fan. He just gave a shrug and said, "there are better songs". I will put i on right now - loud and good. It's so much rock'n'roll, it's almost Led Zeppelin! I don't know, it always reminded me of them. And I'm glad it's on the record. It gives it a cool edge.

Anyone have a live recording?
