Wasn't to sure whether to put this thread in this part of the forum or the "New BJ releases" one.

Ok.. so i know that they have only just finished there tour but what do you think there new album will be like when they come back?

I hope it's one on the lines of TD, quite rocky and Jons voice being brilliant.

Pretty sure i'm going to get someone having a go at me saying "they've only just finished there tour and you're going on about a new album already" but i just thought i would make a thread.

Ya know what - if it makes me tired to think about a new album yet - I imagine that they don't even want to think about it yet.

I'm still editing bootlegs from the end of the tour - give me some time to get finished before I have to even consider a new album and tour.

First off, you consider TD "rocky"?
I love TD, but I wouldn't describe it as "rocky."
In any case, I have no idea what the next record will sound like. I'd rekon a bit more "Rock-like" but in the vein of the HAND record.

I have no idea wha the new album will be like, though I'm sure it will be quite unlike anything they've done before.

These Days is my favourite album but I hope they don't try to remake that album or any other album. Hoping a new album will be like something they've already done, although understandable, is setting yourself up to be dissapointed because you can never recreate something you've already done, certainly not to the same extent, especialy when people have years of memories attached to that thing, and ultimately it's regressive. No band will grow by looking backwards, if Bon Jovi are to create something great with their new album it has to be something new and fresh.

I bet a heap of money that it wont be a 'country' album and that Jon will be sayin it's an all-out, balls-to-the-wall rock record.

I think we will see another HAND style album, perhaps with some DA sounding tracks like lonley from LH, lets face it we arent gonna get another NJ or TD as much as id love one. But i wouldnt say no to another HAND

No offense, but why would you want one?
I'd rather the band do something different, and frankly if I want to listen to something like TD, I'll listen to TD, and that goes for all their albums.

i was refering to the greatness, not specificly the type of music, i want the band to move on as well.I just dont think we'll see another album as great as TD or NJ.

I consider it rockier than what they are bringing out now.

Probably another HAND type album. I would like a These Days type, which is possible considering what has happened to Richie, but I doubt it
