JUST A MONTH ago i posted a post where you can find the album sales....
DEF LEPPARD sold more than BJ in the U.S. and they did better also during the 1992/2003 period so in this decade you it can be said def are most famous than BJ or at least they sold more.....
worldwide of course BJ did better than DEF

Actually BJ sold 1 million more in the US i thibnk but that's only because It'S MY LIFE was such a huge hit.

There's a load of the 80's bands still around. Just because you haven't heard from them doesn't mean they've "died". What about bands like Twisted Sister, WASP, Cinderella, Poison, Warrant, Great White, Tesla... They're all still going strong.
