Jumping on the song-thread bandwagon, just because I think it's interesting to hear people's views on specific songs.
Anyway, Woman in Love gets a lot of hate around here, and I'm not sure why. It's certainly not a great song, or in the upper-reaches of Bon Jovi's catalog, but I think it's a strong album track. Maybe it's because lyrically, I've always looked at it as KTF's slightly cynical answer to some of the band's 80's work, with I'd Die For You and especially Born To Be My Baby coming to mind.

Even Jon hates this song and he wrote it. But I like it. It's far from the greatest thing I've ever heard, but I find it catchy and uplifting. One thing though--I always thought it would have sounded better if the lyric was "dine on caviar" instead of "feed on caviar." Feed makes women sound like a bunch of piranhas, but maybe that's the sort of imagery Jon was going for.

It's not the best song on KTF but I like it. There isn't a weak track on the whole album.

Unfortunately I dont like the song. This song and Little Bit of Soul are the only songs from KTF that I dont like.

Everything else is great, some more than others obviously.

I think this is a good song. The 'weakest' track in KTF is Soul and that is actually quite decent.

I dont like Woman In Love at all.
neither do I like Blame It On The Love Of Rock N Roll & I Want You.

Love the rest especially Dry County and Save A Prayer.

Within a year of KTF's release Jon was quoted as saying that he had made a mistake by putting Woman in love and Little Bit of Soul on the album. Personally I get like Woman in Love but would definitely say it is one of the weaker tracks on the album.

I find it a great shame that Save a Prayer has been cut off the remastered edition. This is one of my all time favourite BJ songs!
