well i dont think i can consider myself insomniac cause if im tired i go to bed and eventually fall asleep, i just know that if i go to bed and my head and my mind isnt *tired* i will not be able to sleep and being in bed will only make me think and think and think and that will lead to keep me away for hours!

now its *really* time for bed, or im totally screwed tomorrow :P

I think the most likely scenario that we both prefer the night and would rather stay up into the early hours of the morning and sleep through until noon than go to bed earlier, which would serve no good as neither would sleep then.

No i found out i have fibromagligia and one of the side affects is sleepless nights .Its in my neck so at the moment i'll have to put up with it
