Went swimming this morning after getting perhaps 4 hours sleep, but I only managed 22 lengths, absolutely knackered, I may have to have a sleep this afternoon (I haven't done that for years, maybe 17 years, lol)

Yes but I'm hardly used to it, lol, I normally get 6 bare minimum, usually 7 and lately sleeping in until 1 I got 8 or 9 hours, lol, to suddenly get much less sleep and then get up and go swimming isn't good, lol
