nah my brothers away with the car and the only place to get a decent amount of red bull cheap is miles away.

ive got some beers though im not sure if i want to be mixing them. its only miller so its not too strong but if i have a stella or 4 later on it tends to zone me out even if i am drinkign vodka bulls.

how is the working out going?

ive not been for a coupla weeks for various reasons. Ive been watchign what i eat though so it's not made too much of a difference. Im goign to get my arse back down on tuesday night though. ive worked out my uni time table so I can get down there regularly again.

going to do some heavy weight training on wednesday afternoon so ive still got htat post workout buffness if I happen to run into the lovely kelly later on
