my friend is coming into town -- we'll have lots of girltalk and wallow in our sadness properly - this will be her first christmas without her fiance who died earlier this year.

do you think people contribute a big part to their own unhappyness (sp)?

its all about how you look at things. a bus could hit me tomorrow n i'd probably still look on the bright side of things cos i REALLY don't let things get to me for some reason. i'm not sure exactly how long that will last though and i don't expect it to be forever.

I think wallowing and thinking about stuff is the problem. Plus the fact that we should mainly rely on ourselves for hapiness and not other people and things.

Ive got to do 42 press ups in 2 minutes for the TA fitness test next week. Im going to have a practice. will i do it?

I always get things done prior to the deadlines--I don't often feel a time crunch, but when I have, I've been on the virge of cracking. So, the answer to that is probably no.
