what time did you get up today?

10 past 4. started work at 5. sitting up drinking at quarter to 4. start work at noon, supposed to be hitting the gym at 9. not going to happen.

mmmm as a self confessed lover of boxing, i find kick boxing too ragged.

strange as it sounds, boxing is very precise and thought out. kick boxing may very well be the same but from my perspective it just looks really scrappy. i doubt you'd be sparring anyways?....

speaking of boxing: NO - I hate boxing. I can't stomach seeing blood. My ex was/is a big boxing fan and he tried to get me working on the speedball (which I actually enjoyed) and the heavy bag (which I couldn't move at all ). Opted for tae bo instead.

By the way, my son was born the day and time of the Tyson/Hollyfield match - with the ear thing (though you might have still been playing with your matchbox cars back then)

i woulda been 13 or 14 i think. maybe a bit older, how old is the wee man again? me n my mates were in my old house with a case of beer watching it as we tend to do for the big fights. seen a coupla crackers.
