Haven't seen Open Water, but I'd presume them to be quite different films. Have you seen the new one, that looks quite like Open Water? It's some people go swimming off their yacht, and try to get back on but the ladder is gone...I'm not sure how that could pad out to an entire film, sounds boring.

Well I don't know how old something has to be to be considered a classic, but I like a lot of films, old and new. Glancing at my DVD's I'd say a lot of them are probably from 1990 onward, but I am only 20 (nearly 21) so really it is logical that I'd have seen more films from the period I grew up in, and only some from before.
