yes i do but there are days i have to force myself to.

Do you work out on your own ie. outside (running, walking) or at home pr do you go to the gym?

A little bit of both. I belong to a gym but if it's nice out I'll go running in Central Park sometimes.

Do you prefer walking/running on a treadmill or outside?

Outside... always... even in the snow in the winter. I get so bored on a treadmill. I have to be going somewhere not just running in place.

What brand of sneakers do you wear?

Yes. I bought 4 pairs of shoes today.... all summer shoes were on sale at Bon Ton $9.99 and i went a little nuts!
