Uh-uh. You still posted AFTER you said, "this is it," Bud! LOL

My worst nightmare is growing old alone and having Alzheimer's.

Have you ever had to deal with a prolonged illness in yourself or a family member?

I've been into autobiographies lately.

What's your favorite book?

It varies, but since you mentioned autobiographies, my favorite biography is Last Train to Memphis by Peter Guralnick (I probably butchered his last name). It's an Elvis bio that is SO well written that you can get lost in it. I found myself wishing he would stay with Dixie Locke, knowing full well that that wasn't how the story goes!

Worst book you ever had to read for school/college?

I hated The Old Man and the Sea. It was the most boring thing I've ever had to read in my life.

Best book you had to read for school/college?

Absolutely! Some of the first readers we ever used were based on his stories and then we read the bigger versions in upper grades.

Did you like Grimm Fairy Tales?
