What do you think about the writer's strike in Hollywood?

I think they're entitled to make a point, but it's gone on a bit long really. I don't support striking in general (unless you guaranteed to be paid while on strike ), and they should consider the public, as far as I'm concerned.

Should cops be able to strike?

i'm kinda unsure about that one i mean i think everyone should be entitled to worker empowerment (not to sound all marxist and whatnot) but who the **** is going to keep an eye on things if the cops are on strike? last i checked most of our army are halfway across the world protecting our freeberty or something like that....

who deserves the best pay: police men, soldiers, teachers, nurses or firemen?

Nurses then firemen soldiers police and lastly teachers

Indirectly; I help to put fraudsters, bent bankers & businessmen, digital-theifs and paedophiles behind bars. And sometime directly, although I'm not ashamed to say I'm pretty much out for myself.

What would you expect someone in my job to earn (middle-management-ish in digital forensics, west yorks (we ware chatting about it at work today, generally people think it's more tha what it is))?

probably around the £23.000 mark
