may i say u have the voice of an angel then

not done a gig for months. last one we did was a covers thing for my girlfriends aunts silvber anniversary back in june. 4 of us learned 25 songs in less than a week and kicked some ass in the process. was a big change from the usual stuff. when we had a drummer we gigged pretty relentlessly. at one point around this time last year we were doing at least 2 gigs a week for a couple of months, one weekend we did a gig on friday one saturday one sunday one tuesaday and one wednesday. good satuff but it gets tiring u know/

V u gig?

well when i started the band i wanted to play a place up here called king tuts/ basically if ur anybody in the UK music wise from the [past decade u've played there and it's where oasis got discovered so its kind of like a mecca for alot of bands. anyways as u can imagine the quality control is pretty high with regards to whot hey let play but we dheadlined it a couple of years ago and that was pretty brilliant.

played downstairs at the barra's too. ndont know anybody else apart from us and the guys that did the gig with us thatve did it but the amount of great bands that have played in the barras main stage is unbelievable. travis played on 2nd level stage in the video for re offender

apart from that i suppose ibrox stadium w9ould be jammign to play. funny that actually. when we played king tuts we were talking to the dude who runs the show there and he knows like everybody so i said have u met bon jovi and it turns out he ran their gig at ibrox in 96 which happened to be my 1st ever gig. small world eh.

V wot about u?

starting small... i guessthe boardwalk... kinda similar to king tuts i think- but in sheffield...

eventually.. ill settle for sheffield arena... i dont mind- id rather make good music and do small gigs that are good quality and not get paid than large gigs that are less quality and pay well...

how did you record your stuff?

the one i tried to send u was recorded in a shitty studio over in the west end. crap amps and board but good drums and it doesnt sound that bad. as for newer stuff we've pretty much got everythign we need to record in my house. once we get the electric drumkit ill be doin all my recording here. the best song weve ever recorded is one of my bros we did over 2 weeks in my house just cos we had the time to mess about and change bits and pieces at our lesiure instead of having to look at the clock.

V what about u?

i dunno it just really depends what im listening too. i dont think theres to much bon jovi in it to be totally honest but its still definetely along those lines. cos there's 3 of us that write for the band 2 songs can sound completely different but i like melodic rock with some nice guitars in it. kinda u2 meets the calling meets flickerstick etc.... i suppose alot of the more melodic stuff on keep the faith sounds like something i'd write. i believe, i want u etc...

V urs?
