I like to think of myself as a leader in that I'll usually be in charge or very vocal or whatnot but I'm not too bossy on account of being a lazy shit myself.

Both. I won't always follower and sometimes I'm just too lazy to lead!

nah I find it stupid. Actually going out of your way to do something to get a reaction is gay.
